Your order will be processed and dispatched by courier within 24 hours of receipt of payment by PayPal or bank transfer.

Shipment within Italy will be dispatched via 24/48 hours courier service (3/4 days for the islands).  For shipments to overseas a delivery time will be specified once a particular country is selected. We ship our products only in EU.

During holiday season shipments may be delayed beyond the control of Laevia Srl.



Before proceeding with the order, it is always good to check the measure of mattresses, pillows and duvets.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer has to communicate by email, fax or letter within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package the will to return the goods purchased by indicating: the intention of using the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005, the indication of the product for which you have decided to exercise the right of withdrawal, checking account data (IBAN, or alternatively institution, agency ,current account, ABA).

Reimbursement will be made within 14 working days.

In cases of wrong purchase the goods will be replaced unless they are unopened, so please (If you have not done so at the time of purchase) check the measure of mattress/pillow/duvet before you  open the package; if the costs of returning the product are paid by the recipient, the product can be replaced or refunded.

The customer undertakes to check the integrity of the goods immediately upon receipt, in case of manufacturing defects the customer must promptly contact Laevia Ltd. to arrange for a replacement product to be shipped. Used or washed products will not be replaced unless found to be defective due to production issues which have made the product unsuitable for use.


Any damages due to incorrect washing or misuse of the product are not covered by the warranty. Be very careful when opening the package, do not use scissors or other objects that could damage the fabric.
